I work with elite amateur and professional athletes to improve performance. Athletes tend to spend an inordinate amount of time focusing on the physical aspects of their sport. As Yogi Berra, the New York Yankees’ Hall of Fame Catcher once said, “90 percent of the game is mental and the other half is physical.” Yet, how much of the time do you spend going to the mental gym?

In addition to helping athletes reach their peak performance level consistently, goals and aspirations, I also work with athletes suffering from major or chronic injuries. Sometimes, the fear of re-injury can hamper you from not only “getting back” to your original athletic ability, but may prevent realizing your full potential. It benefits athletes to identify important focus points during play to prevent re-injury or a decrease in performance.
